A part from obtaining visa and problem in buying property In pakistan , I cannot see any issue in surrendering nationality. If any one have a duel nationality and they get arrested in Pakistan then as a Pakistani national the foriegn consulate have limited powers.

I recommend to keep both nationalities until Pakistan is not able to give Pakistanis there own basic rights, a real democracy.
We have this nationality as a backup , in India ruling , judiciary and army setup is much mature compared to Pakistan.

Sell everything in Pakistan or transfer it to the relative you trust and then renounce citizenship and become active in Pakistani politics from the overseas.

Before May 9, 2023: All Pakistanis born in Pakistan are Pakistani citizens by birth. But after May 9, 2023, a patriotic Pakistani man needs to hold a press conference and take oath publicly and agree that people should believe and love the Pakistan Army as they also have ultimate control over them and they should also believe that the Corps Commander House is "Jinnah House". Moreover, this person should leave the political party "PTI" because that party is demanding for “rule of law” in the country.
