but problem in Pakistan is the inter religious marriages of Pakistani citizens are not accepted if they are even contracted abroad

Something seems fishy, the fear on the face of girl is clearly visible,
The state does not provide protection to minorities, in case of religious riots, which are easily instigated, that makes it easier to black mail minority community citizens. Due to lack of protection and blackmailing there will always be doubt on Non muslims (specially young girls) converting to Islam, even if they do it on their own will!.
Security forces and Clerics (sane ones atleast) should gaurantee the protection of minorities from force conversions and reprisal attacks, only then will we be sure that people converting to Islam are doing so at their own will and NOT by fear.
As I said, to me fear is visible on the girls face. Alsothose who released these documents, with personal information of the family the girl, are also trying to intimidate them.
As I said, its my opinion. and state should investigate this.
