Whoever thinks reforms will bear fruit in few months is seriously misguided..... Reform is a painstaking process and usually show signs of improvement after a couple of yrs and hence a corrupt govt doesn’t indulge in reforms.... Have patience , keep on asking for justice , do not let country slip back into the hands of crooks and God willing we will get there.... This is too brutal an incident to be overlooked and IK will use it to purge Punjab police of incompetent and corrupt.....

the 10 years of piggy hakumat which runs on be loyal to the tubbar and you get rewarded. Police needs to answer to a higher power and not some politician. That's why police is defunct in Punjab because politicians always bring their favorite policemen into everything.

But this was CTD and not some thana and its SHO. Surgically remove people in all sphere of governance that are a hindrance.
