New Delhi: China has played the Kashmir card once again by objecting to the inclusion of Indian Army's Northern Command Chief Lt Gen BS Jaswal in a delegation, saying the officer oversees Jammu and Kashmir which according to Beijing is a disputed area.
China government on Friday asked India to replace Lt Gen Jaswal from the official delegation.
New Delhi has refused to make any changes in the delegation. In fact, the Government has issued a demarche to Beijing and hit back by canceling a scheduled visit by a Chinese military delegation for a course at the National Defence College.

A subsequent visit by Indian military officials to China was also cancelled by India.
In keeping with a practice for the past few years, the Indian defence establishment had in June began preparations for a regular high-level exchange visit to China this August by Lt Gen Jaswal.
However, Delhi was stunned when Beijing responded to Lt Gen Jaswal's nomination by saying that it was unwilling to "welcome" the officer because he "controlled" the disputed area of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is likely to issue a statement later on Friday.
New Delhi also told Beijing that its decision to prevent Lt-Gen Jaswal's visit to China was the reason behind India's decisions to bar the Chinese nationals from visiting India.
Beijing had, however, allowed the current the Army Chief General VK Singh who was then the GOC-in-Chief and a Lt Gen, Eastern Command, to visit China in August 2009 for a similar high-level exchange.
China, which claims Arunachal Pradesh as its own had not objected to General Singh's visit because as head of the Eastern Command, he had jurisdiction over the state.
Beijing has also been stapling visas on the passports of residents of J-K instead of pasting then despite repeated protests from India. Since India has refused to recognise stapled visas as valid travel documents so people from J-K cannot visit China.

it seems like we the youth of pakistan although not too academically solid but we are educated about what is really happening in the world thanks to alex jones, zaid hamid, i dont care about these guys personal scandals i just want the info and knowledge about what is really going on in the world.
Well my believe is that Kashmir will be in peace while all the subcontinent country's new day start i mean the solution would be instant however the struggle for it was 67 year old till now.
one more thing i believe that india is tearing apart from inside i dont know whos fault is that is it our secret services or indian independent movements, or indian government themselves as they kept these areas so backward as compared to othes part of the country or THE ALLAH is doing this as what indians did to pakistan with the help of mukti bahani terrorist groups (according to pakistan) but my point is that y the hell india attacked and entered their forces into pakistan which is independent nation that was to me simple act of war.
Its a matter of time when the truth will prevail and we will get rid of corrupt pplz and foes in our neibhour.

we should expend steps towards universal peace....action should follow words......no point in being rhetorical or making idealistic statements, we need to be more practical. India and Pakistan are tied by the same bonds of blood., China is not essentially a 'friend'... Kashmir was and always is a part of India (Colonial or even after independence). Pakistan is a part of India (Colonial). China is not part of India,,,, TIBET is not part of China. one should be righteous in thoughts actions and deeds.....even if a parent goes against religious scriptures or constitution , everyone should follow the law......one should .even reprimand and punish ones parents or so called 'friends' if they do anything wrong.......China has grabbed TIBET, you should protest this instead of harping on Kashmir,, which is still part of India and not China.

China's biggest mistake was to take over only Tibet. They should have taken over Nepal and surrounding provinces too. that would have done really good to peace in the region

Yeh brother one more indian on pakistani forum. thanks to the admin of this forum. after sometime you will see only indians on this forum..aik pig ko apni safoon main shamil karne wala bhee aik pig hi hota hai..yeh hai hamari roshan khayali ki aik misaal.....india main log nange ghoom rahe hai khane ko nahee hai sarkon per so rahe hai aur gai ka pishaab bhee pee rahe hain per indians ko pakistan aur pakistanion ki fokar hai. hahah

Let us have the Indian admitted plebiscite in illegally indian held kashmir as a confidence building measure, and make a realistic move for the future.

Indians ko Paksitanis ki koi fikr nahi hay. Who to becharay apni mushkilaat main phansay huay hain.

Yahan par to Indian agencies ke paid employees post karte hain. Laikin un main itni ikhlaqi jurrat nahi hay ke woh iss baat ko tasleem karen. Aakhir Fawad (or whoever he is) bhi to openly US state department ke naam se post karta hay. Yeh log bhi RAW ke naam se post kar sakte hain.

Let us have the Indian admitted plebiscite in illegally indian held kashmir as a confidence building measure, and make a realistic move for the future.

why not Pakistan occupied Kashmir also. BUT, however , first remove all people who have come in this territory after 1947, then have a plebiscite....:-)....1. return back all territory ceded to China illegally rightfully of Kashmir., and 2. make a solemn declaration, that Aksai Chin, which was part of Kashmir territory will be requested to be ceded by China to Kashmir, 3. Take a solemn oath in name of ALLAH, that Pakistan will do only righteous action, even if it goes against any so called 'friends', 4. a solemn oath in the name of ALLAH, that Pakistan will strengthen its justice system, to ensure justice and to enforce it on past , and present contexts, even purging highest forms of officials, who were responsible for the death of pakistani, or non pakistani on the soil of Pakistan.
