guys, do remember, this so called HAARP may also be just to make an impression that they can manipulate weather. They cannot play God. They can make artificial rain etc but bringing earthquakes miles away, i dont think so! Dont be caught in deception after deception.

It is not miles away. They are effectively trying their best to play God. How else do you think dajjal will be able to do all these things?

It will be the technology of that time that will help him do it. That technology is under development and testing my friend.
