He will distribute the jobs among his own workers... So if you need a job, you should join a Student Training Program instead of taking part in youth festival. As a lot of unemployed persons are looking for jobs, they shouldn't waste their time and apply for an internship in their areas.

After going through the above posted cartoon, i observed that this is the point to ponder for all our government bodies. Hence they should also manage their time from their busy life to see these message giving cartoons. If the government is not able to provide jobs to youth, they must provide an Internship and Learnership Programme, so that they could learn more about their fields.
