Can we have Bhangra section to siasat.pk?

Dear Administrator,

I would like to make a suggestion as to whether we could have a bhangra section on this forum?

There is large number of overseas Pakistani youth born in Britain, US and Europe who follow Bhangra. There are many bhangra artists of Pakistani Punjabi heritage that are followed by British Pakistani youth and In Europe. These artists include:

Shizzio (Also a very strong IK supporter)

Imran Khan Singer from Holland:

Sak Elusive (on the left hand side):

Roach Killla from Canada:

Metz and tricks:

The Benefits of having a bhangra section;

1. More Youth born outside Pakistan (of Pakistani heritage) will use siasat.pk

2. Youth (point 1) can connect more with their roots through siasat.pk and stay in touch with the events in their motherland.

3. More Revenue for siasat.pk through advertisement

4. Promoting our own Pakistani Punjabi artists and culture.

5. Provide a balance to the forum

Bhangra is a loose term, and a lot of material has crossed from Pak to India and vice versa.

I mean do we have to be definite about someone's heritage (I E Pakistani Punjabi ) before we can share their music on here ?

Finally there is a great deal of "obscene" material in some of the Indian Bhangra videos

please none of that on here :)
Same with all that Gabru Punjabi Jatt being dead hard and bad
and Drinking which they seem to sing about a lot

I just thought that we should promote our artists and all the obscene pictures with half naked stuff could be removed. I do not see anything vulgar stuff in the videos done by Imran Khan (holland lad)


I am not sure maybe we could put it to just Bhangra alone.

See you are Narrow minded, some of these artists like Roach Killa who is a Punjabi rapper was fasting during ramadhan there is no vulgar taste in his tracks or his videos. Many religious sisters follow him on twitter. We should promote the artists work and prevent people from listening the Bollywood nonsense.

You are automatically assuming everything is Vulgar. This is a vast generalization on your part. Many young artists above that I have mentioned do not take part in anything vulgar they have a heavy following in Europe.

Trust me you will enjoy it :P
