The only option is not to have any war at all and solve all problems and disputes through dialogue.If the war starts then it won't remain a conventional war it will escalate to a nuclear war.Pakistan will have no option not to use nuclear weapons . Israel is another country which will use nuclear weapons if its existence is threatened.India must realise that it can do nothing about Pakistan now .The solution is dialogue.

Kashmir is unfinished agenda of Independence Movement. If you want to solve this problem once and for all, then give them their right (Which you promised you would). Who knows, they might vote in favour of India.

Yes, and it is because the Muslims of delhi or bombay etc, had been given the right of Self-determination, and either they didn't vote for Pakistan, or they voted for Pakistan, but failed because of Hindu majority votes. After creation of Pakistan, they had chance to migrate to Pakistan, but they self determined/decided to stay. The same right is being asked for Kashmiries.

There are about 300 million Muslims in India, and if you want to send them all to Pakistan, believe me, you are paving way to the creation of anohter Muslim country.
