AAA / CAA : you are running out of petrol and you are two hours away from the nearest village or city far from civilized area. There are no petrol pumps new shops new communication whatsoever and no assistance or reach buy any caa truck. The sad irony of a geek mind set driving a $40,000 vehicle is that I have my mobile phone with wifi connection with the click of a button the truck will come here and rescue me!
Technology can only be relied to a limit after that it's back to basics. The problem with a gym membership of workout routine there is a lot of toleration other individuals around you to focus on your own work out to develop the muscles.

The client was cut off on phone line the agent never sent the truck, consequently the client left to his own for help when paying regularly monthly payments. He called his friend finally from back phone battery who cane to assist him free if cost. Compliant to management of NOT monitering agents on duty in all shifts rotation, weekdays or nights for using aggressive tactics without customer care, need to implement voice sensitive code on all night shift agents loosing the grip regardless of ethnic backgrounds !
