Blasphemy and minority rights

Blasphemy laws have always been a matter of contention in Pakistan. When you design a law after being pressurized from the Mullah, this is what happens. I personally believe that the blasphemy law in Pakistan doesn’t give any room to a minority to safe himself from a false allegation of blasphemy. It just holds him a culprit. This law has been a source to abuse minorities.

Some people who have personal vindeta against any non muslim can accuse some incident of blasphemy and our "samjhdar" nation jumps and attacks without verifying.
Once I heard a moulvi threatening a christian fellow that if he did any "gustakhi" ..........I can have all the muslims of the village attack christian homes. Trust me that has happened. Famous shanti Nager incident, Gojra incident and many others have happened.

Which Law is not abused in Pakistan, does this means every such law should be abandon. Government is not only responsible for making laws it is also responsible for implementing and controlling misuse.
