BB sought pardons from Nawaz, Zia-ul-Haq: Siddiq Al-Farooq

KARACHI: A leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Siddiq Al-Farooq has revealed a new story about the life of Benazir Bhutto, alleging that Mohtarma sought pardons from Zia-ul-Haq in 1978 and from Nawaz Sharif in 1998 respectively and fled the country, SAMAA reported Sunday.

He was talking in SAMAA television program Is Haftay (This Week).
He said that she was pardoned on both the occasions and was straightaway allowed to go abroad. SAMAA
