Please create new id with so-violence as you are creating violence in every good thread. What he is saying is in Quran & Hadees and how you can say he is doing qatal-o-gharat. Do you have any proof so if you don't have or don't know please keep your violence mouth shut.......................

@MrImranKhan and Usman, We don't need Sipah sahaba and taliban in Pakistan, Islam ka libada aurh kar jo tum masoom logo ko bewaqoof banatay ho yeh bhianak dhanda choro aur apna asli chehra dikhao. Humieen shia sunni fassad nahi chahiay Pakistan main humieen mazhab kay naam per mazeed laashieen nahi uthani, tumhari meharbani hamara peecha choro. We don't need violence in our country and inshallah we will expose you rascals.

The same question was asked to me once by my Christian colleague.
Namaz has two parts. One is the physical attributes of it and then the other most important part consists of the spiritual attributes of it. If you read Quran the actual word for performing salat is "Qiam-us-salat", is to establish the prayer not the read the prayer. Every phisycal activity in Namaz has its own importance, but what is missing from our salat these days is the spiritual content. If one can get this spiritual content in his prayers than we should be expecting all the benefits from Salat. You must have heard a hadeeth that the salat of many people will be thrown back on to their faces on the day of judgement. Why?
It is not easy to establish the focus in Salat. A focus that takes all our attention away from the world. Any one of you who has severed a defeat, who has lost a loved one,is in deep pain or misery or want something desperately gets all that focus unknowingly, becuase our thought process is focused on one target. Compare your focus in Salat with your focus when watching an interesting movie, a very close cricket match, a story book that you are reading and also when you are participating in a game. You cannot keep thinking about other stuff while trying to face a fast bowler, you have to concentrate. You cannot focus on work when you have troubles at home. That is why the common phrase "leave your problems at home when coming to work, this is proffesionalism".
If you read quran, it is said about Hazrat Ibrahim AS that he used to do ibadat with focus "yaksoo ho kar ibadat kartay thay". This spiritual content of ibadat is missing from our salat and that is why we cannot get all the benefits from it.
Science has also proved that focus and attention is extremely important in human life. There is a new branch of science that is called Noetic science that only deals with this aspect of human brain. One of things that I found striking in this field is, according to their research if a lot of people can somehow focus on one target or acheivement they can actually create enough energy to move objects without having to move them physically. I corelate this with Allah's orders to perform the salat in Jamat.
Islam has a lot to do with science. If we can stay focused and away from sectarianism and keep gaining knowledge and technology, Allah knows we may reach a point where we can show the world the advantages of following the sunnat.
If one really wants to understand the spiritual attribute of Namaz and how to gain focus, why it is necessary and what effects it has on our brain and body, I recommend reading Nuskha-e-Keemia from Mulana Roomi. Namaz has a taste, and I am not kidding. You can literally taste the flavor of a close to perfect salat on the tip of your tongue. Specially during tahajud prayers. Specially when your perform your salat just to make Allah happy. We pray five times to make sure he is not angry. The taste is similar to the taste or feeling that you feel when you do a good deed, when you help somebody out of way.

Assalam-o-alaikum wr wb sdmuashr bhai JazakAllah khair apny bohat achi baat kahi ..thxx magar apki post main jahan apny انشاءالله likha hai i think k aysay likhna sahi nahi sahi " ان شاءاللہ " hai ??? es ghalti ki janib ek bhai nay tawaju dilwaee hai Allah pak unhay bhi jaza-e-khair ata farmayin or tamam rasikhul aqida musalman behan bhai bhi batayin k sahi ان شاءاللہ ki spell kia hai .. duaa ki darkhuwast hai
