Yes brother it is very logic.Since Islam has spread all over the globe,Allah (swt ) name is being called at any given time around the globe.For example I live here at the pacific coast of north America.We have a time difference of exactly by the minute of 12 hours from Pakistan.When we are calling for Fajar,Pakistan is calling for Isha,some where in Europe is Zoher,Turky Mugrib,in japan Tahjud,so on and so forth. SUBHAN ALLAH.
