Imran was conspiring with rogue elements of agencies to get into power thru short cuts. Proper way for him would have been to demonstrate performance in kpk, make kpk a glittering example to be followed then go to people after 4 years. He would have won a land slide victory. Alas, he chose to take a short cut riding on agencies crutches and reduced himself to a trash in history's dust bin

Who has Imran sold out to? I thought army was on his back. Last I heard, Shahbaz Sharif made his 17th visit to the COAS yesterday in 10 days. I also heard Nawaz Sharif begging COAS to bail his *** out of this.

Hashmi spent Musharraf era in jail solely because of a power struggle fight. Yes he made sacrifices, but lets not make any mistake. Hashmi was hoping to become PMLN chief because of his 'struggle', and when he realized that oops, PMLN is named after Nawaz, and it was stupid of him to think that he could ever be the party chief, he bolted.

chaudhry nisar ki tareefain IK nay achanak 6-8 maheenay pahlay he shurroo ki hain. Warna tu IK ki nisar kay baray mein taqreerain aur nisar ki sita white kay baaray mein bayanaat daikh lain.

Mein nay tu nahin suna kay kisi nay nisar ki tareefain ki hoon.

Its a fact that when the whole PMLn leadership was facing hard times and were tortured or imprisoned in harsh conditions then it was only Nisar who was spared. Why was a man of principles spared by a military dictator? What was so special about this man of principle?

I believe that almost all Pakistani politicians are corrupt but still I certainly think that Aitzaz speaks more truth than this guy Ch. Nisar.

Ch. Nisar is his own man and probably fancies himself as the smartest person in his party, given that NS is the head of the party he may not be wrong in that assumption and believes that he has a right to lead.

I am not how are you equating Ch. Nisar's accusations against Aitzaz Ahsan as defense of democracy in Pakistan. Or anything that Ch. Nisar has or has not done that has helped the cause of democracy.

I still haven't understood what exactly do you mean by Nisar's principles, truths, etc. What exactly are those principles and truths that he is standing up for?

im talking about his performance as Chairman PAC, which was amazing, He managed to recover 192 Billion RS and resisted against corruption of Billions of Rs in different departement.Just analyze his performance, i voted for him due to this performance.He may have many principles, but his commitment to party, and his resistance to corruption is what i admire.

اسلام آباد: سینیٹ میں قائد حزب اختلاف اعتزاز احسن کا کہنا ہے کہ اگر چاہوں تو پارلیمنٹ کو ختم کردوں اور حکومت کے خلاف دھرنوں کی مزاحمت ختم کرا دوں۔


پارلیمنٹ کے مشترکہ اجلاس کے دوران اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے پیپلزپارٹی کے رہنما سینیٹر اعتزاز احسن کا کہنا تھا کہ میرے خلاف من گھڑت الزامات لگائے گئے جس کی وزیراعظم نواز شریف تو معافی مانگ لیتے ہیں لیکن وزارت داخلہ وزیراعظم کی معافی کے بعد تمام میڈیا چینلز پر پریس ریلیز کے ذریعے ان الزامات کی تصدیق کرتی ہے، وزیراعظم کب تک ان لوگوں کا دفاع کریں گے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ وزیراعظم نواز شریف سے کہا تھا ہمارے کارکن ہم سے ناراض ہیں، بغاوت کر رہے ہیں اور پوچھ رہے ہیں کہ آپ لوگ نواز شریف اور ان کی حکومت کا ساتھ کیوں دے رہے ہیں لیکن اس کے باوجود جمہوریت کی خاطر ہم آپ کے ساتھ ہیں۔ مجھ پر لینڈ مافیا اور ایل پی جی کے حوالے سے بے بنیاد الزامات لگائے گئے۔


اعتزاز احسن نے کہا کہ میں اسمبلی سے باہر چلا گیا تو یہاں کوئی بھی نہیں بیٹھے گا، اگر میں چاہوں تو ابھی اس پارلیمنٹ کو ختم کر دوں لیکن میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ کسی کی گردن پر گٹھنہ رکھ کر استعفیٰ مانگنے کی سیاست غلط ہے۔
ان کا کہنا تھا کہ پہلے بھی وزیراعظم نواز شریف سے کہا تھا اور آج بھی کہتے ہیں کہ اپنے ارد گرد کے لوگوں پر نظر رکھیں کہیں آگ لگانے والے آپ کے دائیں بائیں تو موجود نہیں ہیں، ہمیں اندیشہ تھا اور آج بھی ہے کہ اگر آپ اس امتحان سے نکل گئے تو آپ کے وزراء نے پھر ہماری تضحیک شروع کر دینی ہے، ہماری بات نہیں سننیں گے لیکن ابھی تو حکومت اس امتحان سے باہر بھی نہیں نکلی کہ آپ کے وزراء نے دوسروں کی پگڑیاں اچھالنا شروع کر دیں ہیں۔
