Chuadhris sought army’s support to bar Zardari’s advance

WikiLeaks divulged that Chuadhris sought army’s opposition for Zardari’s presidential candidature.



A cable sent to Washington by the US ambassador from Islamabad on August 16, 2008 revealed that Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leaders Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Perviaz Elahi along with Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani had a meeting with the US envoy.

The US envoy wrote in the cable that Chaudhris wanted to prolong the matter of then president Pervez Musharraf’s resignation.

The Chaudhris were thinking that delay in Musharraf’s departure will create a rift between their political rivals Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif and the PML-Q would take benefit of the situation.

The politicians also discussed about giving a safe passage to Musharraf.

This proves that who is running the show in Pakistan and who is their facilitator.
For all those people like me who thinks that Zardari is the most corrupt person and is the #1 enemy of Pakistan......... there are more powerful people in Pakistan then Zardari and these people are not bothered.

Why ask the supporters of any one?
Ask the democratic government why did they allow this or ask for this ?

What is the credibility of Wikileaks? Who is running this? How you believe It is correct?

But the govt. i.e. Genlani, Zardari etc. doesn't deny it strongly. If the Wikileaks are wrong then why Zardari & Co or Nawaz Shareef don't deny it and why they don't protest to US ambassador about it.

So as they are no doing so, it means something is fishy fishy.

So far I know Wiki leaks are the most authentic channel, they said in their leaks, Imran Khan was strong enough to resist against US.

Not a single logical answer from any blind supporters. Ab Wikileaks Israeli ho gayee....... Dunya news aur Dawn News American aur Geo News Indian ho gaya ............ jab tak self accountability nahee hogee humaree quoom ki yehee haalat rahaygee.

Kiya humaraee Army may achay officer nahee? Kiya un ka haq nahee kay Army ko command karay?

If this news is incorrect then why ISPR spokeperson is quite why not a one-liner deniel like few days back on drone issue ? If Wikileaks is a propaganda why not a notice from PEMRA to Daily DAWN Pakistan?

We all know that these leaks are not only limited to Pakistan.
