Pakistan carried out the third biggest amount of international financial transaction of property in Dubai in the first quarter of 2015. The worth of the transaction amounts to $ 379 million.

In 2013 and 2014, Pakistan has invested $ 4.3 billion in the property of Dubai.

Dubai land department released the data which showed the investment of $ 379 million (1.392 billion dirhams) in just the first quarter of 2015.

953 investors took part in the investment activity. In this regard, Pakistan stood 2nd after India where 1000 investors invested in the property of Dubai.

Pakistanis also make up for the second largest non-Arab nationality in the United Arab Emirates.

51 percent of Pakistanis told that they only wanted to invest in Pakistan, in the market sentiment survey conducted by Zameen.com. Whereas, 49 percent of people surveyed who wanted to invest abroad showed their willingness to invest in Dubai in property.

Bayut.com also, Dubai-based property portal, also shared some of the outcomes from its study.

Figure revealed by Bayut.com depicted an increase in the searches of buying property. Bayut data also showed that in the first quarter of 2014 82.94 percent of Pakistanis searched for the sale of apartments, while only 14.54 percent of Pakistanis looked for the sale of villas. But, there was a considerable shift in the trend and in the first quarter of 2015 24.42 percent of searches came for villas, and the searches related to the sale of apartment dropped to 24.42 percent.

Haider Ali Khan, Bayut.com CEO and Co-founder of Zameen.com said that this trend depicts the increasing fortunes of Pakistanis.

Real feat would be the release of names of Pakistanis made exponential share of investment...that would be the real piece of information.

Im with the opinion that the figure is not clear. Is this a fresh investment or Pakistanis already having properties there doing selling and buying?
Also there is nothing mentioned of the Pakistanis who are paying remittances for these investments to the government.
