چلیے فار دا سیک آف آرگیومنٹ میں مان لیتا ہوں کہ بلاسفیمی کو جرم سمجھنا چاہئے۔۔ آپ نے یورپین کورٹ کے فیصلے کا حوالہ دیا، میں اسی فیصلے میں دی گئی سزا کو تسلیم کرتا ہوں کہ جو کوئی بلاسفیمی کرے اسے جرمانے کی سزا دی جائے جیسا کہ یورپین کورٹ کے فیصلے میں لکھا گیا۔ اور میری نظر میں یہ جرمانہ پانچ سو سے ایک ہزار روپیہ تک ہونا چاہئے، یہ میری رائے ہے۔۔ ​

مطلب کہ آپ کے پاس جواب ہی نہیں یا صرف اگلی بتی کے پیچھے لگانے کے لیئے ایک نئی شعبدہ بازی؟ پہلے یہ کلیئر کریں۔
آپ معاشرے میں شدّت کو پروان چڑھانے کی یہ سزا مقرّر کرکے خود امن پرستی کا مذاق اڑا رہے ہیں۔ خود ہی شدّت پسندی کو پروان چڑھانے کی باتیں کر رہے ہیں۔

جنابِ عالی۔۔ ایوب مسیح کیس ایک معروف کیس ہے اور اس میں ایوب مسیح بے گناہ ثابت ہوا، مگر ہمارے زیربحث نکتہ ہے کہ جو بلاسفیمی کا مرتکب ثابت ہو(نہ کہ بے گناہ ثابت ہو) اس کو کیا سزا ہونی چاہئے، اور میں نے آپ سے سادا اور سیدھا سوال پوچھا کہ آپ کی رائے میں کیا سزا ہونی چاہئے، آپ نے کورٹ آرڈر کا حوالہ دیا تو پاکستان کے آئین کے تحت جس کورٹ میں بھی کیس چلے بلاسفیمی (توہینِ رسالت) کے مرتکب کی سزا موت ہی ہے۔۔ اس سے یہی مطلب اخذ کیا جاسکتا ہے کہ آپ آئین میں درج سزا یعنی موت کے حق میں ہیں۔۔ صرف اظہار کرنے سے کترا رہے ہیں۔ میں آپ کی الجھن سمجھ سکتا ہوں، دورِ حاضر میں ایسی بربریت پر مبنی سوچ کو کھل کر بیان کرنا ہما شما کے بس کی بات نہیں۔۔ ? ۔

There are 42 muslims countries and none of them i repeat non of them react like this on such issues.

The point I am trying to make is that, When a Muslim grows up respecting deeply our beloved prophet Muhammad PBUH, and one insults him, then you need to understand what goes through that person's mind, before mocking that person.

Nice story but irrelevant, that is a crime of passion done in the moment. Not premeditated and executed with great thought. Let me tell you how. Who is the most beloved to us and has the highest respect so much so we worship him, will that be the Prophet ( nauziillah ) or Allah s.w.t And what is the biggest sin in front of Allah so much so that he has clearly mentioned he will forgive all sins except that one sin. That is declaring and associating partners with him.

Now Christians all day long insult Allah s.w.t by associating partners with him and saying he has a mother and father and children when the Quran clearly says "lum yalid wa lam yulad" he does not beget nor is he begotten.

Why no Pakistani Muslim loses his shit and go and murder every Christian there is. Or Nauzubilah the Prophet stature has some how become even higher than the All Mighty that Pakistanis only get enraged when the Prophet is insulted but not Allah s.w.t.

AND also this Phen Di Siri and Siri Jr belong to the Brelvi sect who them selves are the biggest "ghustak e rasool" that can be found Pakistan and till date their blasphemous books are printed to this day and all sorts of blasphemous stories are preached by Brelvis in their madrassas and gathering.

First give the prescribed sentence of blasphemy to the entire brelivi sect including Phen DI Siri Jr then talk about anything else.

Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting Its religion or religious beliefs: Whoever, with deliberate and malicious intention of outraging the 'religious feelings of any class of the citizens of Pakistan, by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representations insults the religion or the religious beliefs of that class, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, or with fine, or with both.

I am impressed by your argument. It is quite valid . . . I didn't think in this way. . .

I am impressed by your argument. It is quite valid . . . I didn't think in this way. . .

The answer is simple, lakum deenukum waliya deen. To you is your religion and to me is mine. When Allah s.w.t openly allows this against himself because la ikhar fi deen, there is no compulsion in religion, then who are we for no good reason trying to be more loyal than the king himself and not towards or for the King but for his Prophet s.a.w.

When you think about it logically this whole ghustakh e rasool thing doesn't make any sense infact is totally nonsense nor does our deen teaches us this. If it was such a big thing which according to our moulvis being punishable by death, surely Allah s.w.t would have mentioned it in the Quran somewhere, openly and clearly, because Allah s.w.t does not even allow taking the life of a animal or even a tree lightly ( because even the meat we eat we ask permission of sorts and declare it is with his permission we are taking this animals life to provide sustenance to us) , let alone a human being.
