اسلام آباد: قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) نے عمران خان کے خلاف درج القادر ٹرسٹ کیس کے حوالے سے وضاحت جاری کردی۔

نیب ذرائع کی جانب سے جاری اعلامیے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کے خلاف نیب تحقیقات کو میڈیا میں ’’القادر ٹرسٹ کیس‘‘ کے نام سے منسوب کیا جا رہا ہے جو کے درست نہیں ہے۔

نیب ذرائع کے مطابق یہ کیس دراصل عمران خان اور دیگر عوامی عہدہ رکھنے والوں کے خلاف اختیارات کے غلط استعمال، غیر قانونی طور پر مالی فوائد کا حصول اور برطانیہ کی نیشنسل کرائم ایجنسی سے موصول ہونے والی جرائم کی رقم کی وصولی میں مجرمانہ خلاف ورزی اور اس کے ریکارڈ کو غیر قانونی طور پر سیل کرنے کا ہے جسکی تحقیقات جاری ہیں۔

ملزمان پر القادر یونیورسٹی کے لیے زمین کا غیر قانونی حصول اوردِیگر مالی فوائد بھی تحقیقات کا حصہ ہیں۔

Being rude is the last firewall when one has a weaker defense or argument. Why is it ok for you to quote examples from history & not ok for me. This is another issue that your history starts from the rise of IK only & mine starts from the fall of the moral authority Rulers must possess. And when did I talk about Shia - Sunni conflict, I only referred to the historic facts which one

Plz first deny this fact that your Rashdeen were forcefully & mischievously placed into power instead of some divine order & you still have the audacity to call them Rashdeen & your sixth was Muavia & seventh was Yazid only after 40 years of Prophet s.a.w. And keep in mind that this was the family who kept on opposing the Prophet till the last when finally it was impossible for them to do that. And they were cunning enough to capture the power only after 40 years which continued for centuries in their family. Was it a divine order or biasness of the People towards the Deserving Ones?
