The point is, when will people start paying their installment? If it is after they shift to the new home? because for poor people, like those who earn around 20k-30k, paying installment as well as current rate is not possible. But if they shift to the new home, they can pay between 5k and 10k. It also depends on how quick they can shift it to the new homes.
If this becomes success, Pakistan will change for ever. half million homes mean around 30 million people accommodated in new their own homes. People can save rent, property prices and rents will stable, people have more money to invest in their children's education.
