Unlike the banana republic, the UK is actually very civilized and does not arrest people without any valid reason. They asked Adil Raja to come and explain the accusations against him and he did. Now the police will have to look into his response and can then proceed with further investigation or simply ignore the fake request of the Pakistani fascist Government.

I expect Adil Raja has claimed asylum which means they won't hand him over that easily. There has to be solid proof that he instigated violence. I doubt he did any such thing apart from abusing the thin skinned Asim Khinzeer.

Yeah, Start abuse and BS and then become a solid case for asylum. Assholes are spread evenly everywhere. I start to think the Musharraf was right about those who seek to migrate and generate excuse by claiming abuse so they can get the immigration abroad.
