"Darmukhtar" doesn't matter. Half of these scholars (last ones) have controversy attached to them.Raj Bhai, I wish you had read the whole article before making any comment. Let me copy part of the last paragraph:
Following is a quotation from an article "The obligation of beginning Ramadhan when the Moon is sighted in any country":
A rather lengthy list of prominent scholars (both classical and contemporary) endorses the global sighting opinion. This list includes: Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Malik, Imam Hambal, many students of Imam Sha’fai, Imam Ibn Al-Arabi, Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, Imam Nawwai, Imam Kasanee, Imam Al-Shawkani, Imam Juzairi, Imam Sarkhasi, Maulana Rasheed Ahmad Gangohi (co-founder Dar-al-Uloom Deoband), Maulana Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi, Mufti Kifayat ullah, Maulana Mohammed Zakaria Kandhalvi, Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi among many others. Famous books of fiqh such as Fatawa Alamgeeri, Fatawa Dar ul Uloom Deoband, Bahar e Sharee’at, Durr al-Mukhtar among others endorse the global sighting opinion.

Answer only one thing, if we to accept this moon sighting as per these books, then why not "Same Azaan" and namaz time?
