میں متحدہ قومی موومنٹ کے رہنماؤں ڈاکٹر فاروق ستار اور رؤف صدیقی سے سخت سوالات کیے اور انہیں جھاڑ پلائی ۔(cry)(cry)(cry)[hilar][hilar]


متحدہ کے رہنما چیف جسٹس سے معافی مانگتے رہے۔

دوران سماعت چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ سندھ کے سابق وزیر داخلہ رؤف صدیقی کے خط کا متن الطاف حسین کی تقریر سے زیادہ توہین آمیز ہے، آپ نے یہ کیا زبان لکھی ہے،کیا وہ ایم کیوایم کے قائد سے بڑے لیڈر ہیں؟۔(clap)(clap)(cry)(cry)(cry)


انہوں نے کہا کہ رؤف صدیقی شاہ سے زیادہ شاہ کے وفادار بننے کی کوشش کر رہے تھے۔


افتخار چوہدری نے ان سے مخاطب ہو کر کہا کہ آپ بہت اسمارٹ ہوں گے لیکن یہ نہیں کہ عدالت کو بدنام کریں۔(clap)(clap)(clap)


اس موقع پر چیف جسٹس نے ایم کیو ایم کی رابطہ کمیٹی کے ڈپٹی کنوینر فاروق ستار کو روسٹرم پر طلب کیا اور ان سے کہا کہ آپ نے اپنی تقریر میں کہا تھا کہ الٹا چور کتوال کو ڈانٹے ہمیں بتایا جائے کہ چور کون ہے اور کتوال کون؟[hilar][hilar](cry)(cry)

جس پر فاروق ستار نے کہا کہ میرا یہ مطلب نہیں تھا جس پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ ہم تمام سیاسی رہنماؤں کا احترام کرتے ہیں لیکن بات ہماری نہیں بلکہ سپریم کورٹ جیسے ادارے کی ہے۔چیف جسٹس نے فاروق ستار سے کہا کہ آپ بہت دھیمے لہجے کے آدمی ہیں لیکن آپ کی تقریر انتہائی نامناسب اور توہین آمیز تھی۔(clap)(clap)(clap)


جس پر ایم کیوایم کے وکیل بیرسٹر فروغ نسیم نے دونوں رہنماؤں کی جانب سے عدالت سے 4 بار معافی مانگی۔

عدالت نے متحدہ کے وکیل سے کہا کہ وہ تحریری طور پر معافی نامہ جمع کرائیں جس پر انہوں نے عدالت کو باقاعدہ لکھ کر پیش کیا جسے عدالت نے قبول کرلیا۔

I would still praise him provided the democratic system continues. If NS goes out someone else comes in his place but system should not be derailed.

Bro, I write for them. I think they are credible, I have not seen any problems with their reporting so far.
But for your information, this news in different shapes had been reported by many news channels. You know Karachi based TV stations are "Kinda scared" when it comes to MQM. They cannot disrespect Dons , so milder news were expected. IF it was down to them, they would have reported CJ and other Justices apologized to MQM leadership.:lol::lol::lol:
