پی ٹی آئی وکیل نعیم بخاری نے اپنے دلائل میں کہا کہ جےآئی ٹی کے مطابق سعودی عرب میں واقع عزیزیہ اسٹیل ملز لگانے کے لیے کوئی سرمایہ موجود نہیں تھا، عزیزیہ اسٹیل مل کے حسین نواز اکیلے نہیں بلکہ میاں شریف اور رابعہ شہباز بھی حصہ دار تھے، اس کی فروخت کی دستاویزات پیش نہیں کی گئیں لیکن جے آئی ٹی نے قرار دیا کہ عزیزیہ مل 63 نہیں 42 ملین ریال میں فروخت ہوئی۔

My 2 cents

The supreme court came unprepared today and only tried to test the temperature of the room.

The let the proceedings happen in a very casual manner and even the remarks and questions from the judges were 'naive' as if they don't know much about the case.

Todays court proccedings points towards one thing that the case will definitely take a long time. May be 4 5 months. Thats a prediction based on my understanding and i could be wrong.

There is no way that they can save nawaz shareef but justice can be delayed.

Misreporting has been the hallmark of this entire trial. Its a sad shame that we have a ratings hungry media, as well as a click hungry social media.

I really wish supreme court had placed a blanket gag order on all press conferences for the entire duration of this proceeding.

I totally agree with you. These media houses have a field day in Pakistan . It is so screwed up that we can't even have a sensible and credible news reporting in Pakistan . And then look at the salaries of all these so called journalists. There is no one who can pull them on side and make them answerable on their rumor news everyday. I think it is a weakness of the present Government because of their low level moral ground, that they feel helpless even defending their rights ... And it is not one sided, it is both these parties, their representatives and the people associated with them are responsible for this chaotic and unstable state of the affairs. SC should have placed Gag notice on the proceedings till the result comes out to save their integrity and the integrity of the whole judiciary. However, I think they also enjoy this muggy environment and name calling in media.
