here is my problem and question.....

If two Muslim fight and one is killed who will decide who is Momin and who is not?

Brother Q. Baig ...see, you have posted an article in haste .... may be you are to focused on current Political condition of Middle East.

My further question will be .. which I do think will make lot of readers uneasy.....

1. I am not sure but I read somewher that in Battle of Safeen about 60 thousand and in Battle of Jamal about 18 thousand muslim died (please correct me if wrong). So the question is who is responsible for the death of those muslims?
2. If fighting against the Khalifa-e-Waqt wrong then whats the position of the muslimeen who fought against the then Amir-Al-Momaneen, Khalifa-e-Waqt, Hazrat Ali (Razi Allah tala anhu). Please keep in mind that a lot of sahaba also took part in those battles against Hazrat Ali (Razi Allah tala anhu)
3. What is the position of Hazrat bibi Aisha (Razi Allah tala anhu) and muawiha fighting against Hazrat Ali (Razi Allah tala anhu). Did they ever repent for fighting against khalifa-e-Waqt?
4. Keeping the Koranic Verse cut pasted by Mr Q. Baig Whom side should I take?????? I sure need your advice....which side to join?
   

WE as Muslim have not been able to solve this issue of Battle of Safeen for the past 1400 years.

This is true statement. Most of us dont know that why we are doing us. I beleived we are agent and completely under the hand of Western people. They are one who take the benefit of this Oil of Iraq & Libya and Wealth of Muslim world.
Western divided us and divide on religon too, Please do not support those Mullas/Imam/Firqa/ who are under the hand of Western by knowly or unknowly. You are educated people and should understand this.

We are not even 1 (one) for MOON sighting bcoz of MULLLAS who are under the hand of western people by knownly or unknowly

Your Questions are legitimate and there are lot of evidences and hadeeth that who was right or wrong, But I think that this is the time that we should move on. This Munazra thing has given us nothing in 1400 years except than some are converting to shia and some becoming sunni. Allah will decide that who was on Haq. At this stage we need to promote thing which are common in all muslims, not the differences. Need to highlight and fight common enemies :D
