I agree with you that it is not parties fault in most cases. If it takes election commission 5,6 months to determine whether the degree is fake with all the Govt machinery on hand, how can political parties know that which have no such resources. I wish PTI could have reacted rationally when the scandal was affecting just other parties.
Although Aila Malik case was bit different, Inamullah Niazi pointed out her degree before the ticket was announced.

The case is more in her favor with the fact that her Bachelor degree has been declared genuine. If someone is qualified enough to do bachelors, does he/she needs to prove that he is capable of passing intermediate?

The question is not capability, the question is honesty. Otherwise I believe that getting votes is enough capability to be MP
A good number of these fake degree cases has these technical lacuna. I don't understand why PTI is wasting their political capital on her. She could not add anything in PTI.

The question is not capability, the question is honesty. Otherwise I believe that getting votes is enough capability to be MP

If she has genuinly done BA then she must have done intermediate as well. It is not PTI that brings up Ayla, It is others that attack PTI over Ayla Malik.
