لاہور ہائیکورٹ راولپنڈی بینچ نے مسجد نبوی ﷺ میں پیش آئے واقعے کی سماعت کے دوران ریمارکس دیے کہ شہباز شریف کون ہوتے ہیں جو واقعہ میں ملوث افراد کو رہا کرائیں۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق مسجد نبوی ﷺ میں وفاقی وزراء کے ساتھ پیش آنے والے واقعے پر شیخ رشید کے خلاف اٹک میں درج مقدمے کی درخواست اخراج پر سماعت لاہور ہائیکورٹ راولپنڈی میں ہوئی۔ عدالت نے کیس کے تفتیشی افسر راجہ فیاض پر برہمی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مقدمے میں نامزد باقی ملزمان کہاں ہیں، ابھی تک گرفتار کیوں نہیں ہوئے؟

سابق وزیر داخلہ شیخ رشید کے وکیل نے کہا کہ وزیراعظم نے سعودی عرب جا کر واقعے میں ملوث افراد کو رہا کرا دیا ہے، جس پر عدالت نے کہا کہ وزیراعظم پاکستان کا اس کیس سے کیا تعلق؟ شہباز شریف کون ہوتے ہیں جو واقعے میں ملوث افراد کو رہا کرائیں۔

عدالت نے ریمارکس دیے کہ سیاستدان اپنی گندگی کو اس واقعے سے دور رکھیں، سیاستدانوں کو اپنے رویوں پر غور کرنا چاہیے، بھارتی چینلز آپ نے دیکھے ہیں، وہ کیسا گند اچھال رہے ہیں۔

لاہور ہائیکورٹ راولپنڈی بینچ نے تفتیشی افسر کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ آپ قرآن پڑھ لیں جس میں واضح ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کی آواز سے اپنی آواز بھی نیچی رکھو، آپ کو 4 دن کی مہلت دیتے ہیں، افسوسناک واقعے کی ویڈیو میں نظر آنے والے ملزمان کو گرفتار کریں۔ عدالت نے کیس کی سماعت 4 نومبر تک ملتوی کر دی۔

اپنے پٹواریوں سے نعرے لگوائے۔ جب وہ جیل چلے گئے تو گنجے انکو بھول گئے جیسا ہمیشہ سے انکا وطیرہ رہا ہے۔ اب جب گھر والوں نے کہا کہ پریس کانفرنس کرینگے کہ اپنے ہی بندے جیل میں ڈلوا کر بھول گئے تو چھوٹی ٹنڈ نے عمران بن کر انکو جیل سے نکلوانے کی کوشش کی۔ اب پٹواری جذباتی ہو رہے ہیں۔ بھائی پچواڑا کئی دنوں سے دیہاڑی نہیں لگا پائے اب آئیں ہیں حاضری لگوانے۔​

Because if you look at the whole scenario, do you remember that the whole news died down within one week... that was the reason because according to the people there, it was a pre-planned thing and ppl joined in thinking it was genuine

Six jailed in Madina for sloganeering during PM’s

At least six Pakistani nationals were convicted of violating the sanctity of the Masjid-e-Nabawi (PBUH) in Madina during Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s visit to Saudi Arabia, a private TV channel reported on Thursday.

Quoting its diplomatic sources, the channel said that a court in Madina awarded 10-year jail term each to Anas, Irshad, Muhammad Saleem, while 8-year jail term each to Khawaja Luqman, Muhammad Afzal, and Ghulam Muhammad. The convicts were also fined Saudi Riyal 20,000 each.

In April this year, a group of protesters, allegedly belonging to the PTI, violated the sanctity of the Masjid-e-Nabawi after they loudly chanted slogans against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and members of his delegation, as they entered the mosque to pay their respects at the Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH).

Upon the arrival of PM Shehbaz and his delegation to the mosque, the protesters started chanting slogans of "chor, chor (thieves)" when they saw the premiere and harassed and raised objectionable slogans against Marriyum Aurangzeb.

The protesters also raised slogans against Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and misbehaved with the Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) chief and federal Minister for Narcotics Control Shahzain Bugti. The protesters filmed the entire episode with their mobile phones.

Following the incident, political and religious leaders and people belonging to different sections of the society expressed their outrage at the incident and strictly condemned the chanting of political slogans at Masjid-e-Nabawi (PBUH).
