Rebels are getting weapons from US and Britain. Just few days ago British PM approves millions pound worth of weapon to Syrian rebels.
People in Syria are fighting for freedom from dictatorship. They do not want another Islamic dictator to rule them in the name of religion. There is no movement from so called KHILAFAT in Syria. Majority people fighting are local Syrian but few Al Qaeeda militants are getting advantage from chaos.
You will see Syria will hold election where people of Syria will choose their future leader. They don't want extremist to replace current government. People like Orya always tries to confuse people that all freedom struggle is to bring so called KHILAFAT and leader like Mullah Umar.

اللہ شام کے مسلمانوں کی مشکلیں آسان کرے
نیٹو، امریکا، اسرائیل، اردن اور سعودیہ مل کر عرب سپرنگ کو فرقہ وارانہ ملاحم میں تبدیل کرنا چاہتے ھیں جو کسی کے فائدے میں نہیں۔
امام مہدی تو پتہ نہیں کب آئیں، مگر فتنہ ضرور پھیلنے جا رہا ہے۔

بزرگی کی بنیاد تقوی پر ھے، اور اچھے برے ھر برادری میں پائے جاتے ھیں۔
یہاں سادات سے مراد اولادِ امام حسن و حسین (رض) ہے ۔جسے اللہ دے، مگر حبیبِ خدا سے نسبت ہے تو شرف کی بات۔

ist of all gilani they are not syed there forefather came from gilan iranian area and they have no affiliation with sadat, in last dont try to change method to find sadat every muslim shia,sunni they all know that prophet Mohamaad pbuh ki nasal bibi fatima tul zahra sa ki nasal hai if you dont know then check with ur scholor, and also you should check that SUFYANI will appeared from syria and he will send lashkar towards MECCA to killed imam MAHDI but when they will reached wadie beda which is between MAKKAH AND MEDIANA they will fall in the open crack and vanish.

Are we really living in End Times!!!
I frequently read threads and articles that shows that we are living in End Times. Specially, this is in response to the thread referring Orya Maqbool Jan's article of 'Imam Mehdi's Headquarter in Syria.' I strongly differ with this concept so far. However, I would appreciate your comments to convince me to change my views otherwise.
I think God has not created this Universe as a playground for His creatures. The Universe is created for a very Great purpose and that is for the WHOLE to become ONE and then return to its origin, i.e., Adum.
The universe will reach its set Divine targeted Goal, no matter what. Those who abide by this Law will prevail and all those who go astray would eventually get themselves off the track either by eliminating each other through major coflicts or by Natural Calamities.
The Universe will continue to go on. Even today the science confirms that Universe is expanding. Sura Qayyamah suggests collision of all the heavenly bodies at the time of Qayyamah. This suggests that universe after reaching its height would once again begin to contract and thus this contraction would start reducing the distances among the heavenly bodies and would reach a point where the law of Gracity would cease to exists and everything would collide with each other producing the Bing Bang. This would be the time of End of Everything and the beginning of a new journey. So, my conclusion is that for Qayyamah there is millions and billions of years still to go.
I think we should also consult Quran in this regard as to what it has to say about the End times, instead of only going to Ahadith. I think our this attitude makes us to look only side of the picture while ignoring the Greater Picture/Concept. This leads us astray and to wrong conclusions.
I may be wrong in this regard and would appreciate if you guys show me the right direction!!!

Dear, am afraid I have very limited time to do research to find out the relevant material from the Holy Qur'an - Following are different translations from Surah Al - Qasas:
028.088
YUSUFALI: And call not, besides Allah, on another god. There is no god but He. [HI]Everything (that exists) will perish except His own Face[/HI]. To Him belongs the Command, and to Him will ye (all) be brought back.
PICKTHAL: And cry not unto any other god along with Allah. There is no Allah save Him. [HI]Everything will perish save His countenance[/HI]. His is the command, and unto Him ye will be brought back.
SHAKIR: And call not with Allah any other god; there is no god but He, [HI]every thing is perishable but He[/HI]; His is the judgment, and to Him you shall be brought back.
Except Allah SWT, everyone/everthing else is called Allah's Makhlooq/creation, including the Universe regardless of it's form (expanding or contracting). As the result of the Qayamah, everything will cease to exist.
Re your point about believing in something proven ONLY from Ahadith, I don't believe this is the right approach. Let's try to offer prayers (Salah / Namaz) by getting guidance from the Holy Qur'an ONLY. The Holy Qur'an commands us to offer prayers/Salah, but does it tell us HOW?
Re the point about the Universe still expanding, this is consistent with what the Qur'an says. The theory about the Big Crunch also exists, ie, everything will collide with each other. Another theeory exists according to which the Big Crunch will be followed by another Big Bang and then the Universe will be re-created and the process of the Big Bang and Big Crunch will keep happening, in other words the Universe will last for ever. However, this theory (of everlasting Universe) (a) is not consistent with the Holy Qur'an and (b) is not logical as per my little wisdom. If this is a never ending process and there's no end to the world built on the principles of injustice and corruption, when will the people on the right path be rewarded? Logically, there should be an end to this world/Universe, to be replaced by something stable and nice.
