اس سوال کا کیا جواب دینا ہے جس میں انسان یہ کہہ رہا ہو کہ حکومت ١٢ قتل ہونے پہ کیوں استعفیٰ دے جبکہ دنیا میں کسی جگہ ٣٠٠ قتل ہونے پہ بھی نہیں دیا گیا
اس سوال میں یہی وضاحت چھپی ہے کہ جب تک ٣٠٠ قتل نہیں ہوتے استعفیٰ کا مطالبہ نہ کیا جاۓ

حضور آپ کی منطق کے مطابق تو حکمران ایک فکس ٹرم کیلئے آتا ہے لہٰذ اسے سات خون معاف ہیں. محاورہ بنانے والے نے ٧ خون اس لئے لکھا تھا کہ شائد لوگ ٧ خون کو بہت برا سمجھتے تھے. آپ تو ١٤ جمع ٢ خون معاف کیے بیٹھے ہیں. آپ کی دلیل کے مطابق تو حکمران کسی کی جان مال یا عزت لوٹ لے تب بھی اسکو ٹرم پوری ہی کرنی چاہیے. کیا آپ اپنے گھر کی جان مال اور عزت لوٹنے پہ بھی یہی فتویٰ صادر فرمائیں گے؟ اور حضور نون لیگ کی جانب سے فوجی راستہ اور افراتفری پھیلا کر اقتدار میں آنے کی دھمکی مت دیں کیوں نون لیگ ہمیشہ اقتدار میں آئی ہی اس طرح ہے. ہم لانگ مارچ بھی دیکھ چکے ہیں، چھانگا مانگا بھی، جونیجو حکومت کا انجام بھی، آئی جے آئی بھی، لغاری کی خریداری بھی اور جنرل جیلانی کی گود میں بیٹھا نواز شریف بھی. لہٰذا نون لیگ مکافات عمل نہیں کرے گی بلکہ اگر کچھ ہوا تو نون لیگ کے ساتھ مکافات عمل ہوگا. اگر آپ کا مکافات عمل پہ اتنا ہی یقین ہے تو جناب پھر سکون رکھئے کہ نون لیگ وہی بھگت رہی ہے جو اس نے ساری عمر دوسروں کے ساتھ کیا ہے

We will have a fresh election every time Qadri let the gases out from his rear. We will have a big protest every time, the wind changes its direction . we will have all future hopeful of power come out on streets, every time a bus misses the stop. What the people of Pakistan have seen from the last 4 years is relentless chaos and disturbance. from the attack on PTV and Parliament to the daily dhenra and music show on the Kashmir avenue. From you point of view , the opposition only has one function and that is how to make the present Government nonfunctional. Some time from the secret funding and some time the open wait of Umpir's finger. This is a patty politics and opportunistic politics. This is not going to benefit the country , it rather drag the county to anarchy and lawlessness. How would you explain the 4 years of constant agitation . Right from the first month of inception of the Government, Mr Ilzam Khan is out on the roads blame every thing on the Government. I never seen a day went by when Ilzam Khan didn't complain about something . He lost his credibility the day he met with lotas and invited them to join the party on the name of electable. Any good leader does not need electable to win an election . And the election can't be merely win on the allegations and blame game.

جناب اتنا ہی آپ کو عادتوں کا پتا ہے تو دونوں گنجوں کی عادتوں کا نہیں پتا لگا؟ جب ہم انکی عادتوں کا ذکر آپ کے سامنے کرتے ہیں تو تب آپ کو کیوں موت پڑتی ہے؟ کیوں ہم انکے خلاف ہیں؟ انہی عادتوں کی وجہ سے!! انکو کرپشن کی عادت ہے. انکو جھوٹ بولنے کی عادت ہے. حکمرانی کو اپنے کاروبار کے فروغ کیلئے استعمال کرنے کی عادت ہے. سارے اداروں میں اور ساری حکومت میں اپنے ٹبر کو بھرنے کی عادت ہے. اتنے ہی تم اصول پسند ہو تو بتاؤ کہ گنجا کس اصول کے تحت اپنی بیٹی اور اسکے ٹبر کو اٹھا کر امریکا لے گیا؟ کس اصول کے تحت اسکی نواسی یو این او میں بیٹھی ہوئی تھی؟ کچھ شرم ہے تم لوگوں کو؟ شہباز شریف کی اولاد، نواز شریف کی اولاد، آگے سے اولادوں کی اولادیں. جس روایت کے خلاف آواز اٹھاتے ہوئے نواسہ رسول شہید ہو گئے اسکو تم لوگوں نے اپنا ایمان بنا لیا ہے. روز اسکی پوجا کرتے ہو. روز اسکا دفاع کرتے ہو. ٣٠ ٣٥ سال سے یہ دونوں بھائی اقتدار کے مزے لوٹ رہے ہیں اور نتیجہ یہ ہے کہ ایک بڑے شہر کے بچے زیادتی کے بعد قتل سے مر رہے ہیں. لاہور میں دن دیہاڑے ١٠٠ لوگوں کو گولیاں مار دیں. پی ٹی وی پہ حملہ تو تمھیں بہت یاد ہے. اسکی بنیاد پہ تو روز پوری تحریک انصاف کو پھانسی لگوانا چاہتے ہو اور جو ماڈل ٹاؤن کے ١٤ قتل ہیں؟ وہاں تم گونگے بن جاتے ہو. اپنی سوچ بھی دیکھو نا. جس شخص کو ترازو دیا جاۓ اور وہ پی ٹی وی کے حملے کو ١٤ زندہ لوگوں کے سرعام قتل پہ بھاری قرار دے دے اسے تو عجائب خانے میں رکھنا چاہیے. پی ٹی وی حملے کی بھی سن لو. وہاں کیمرے لگے ہوئے تھے. دیکھ لو ان میں کون کون تھا اور پکڑ لو. کس نے روکا ہوا ہے؟ پتا لگے اپنے ہی بھیجے ہوئے بندے پکڑے گئے ہیں. پی پی پی کا دور انتہائی برا تھا اور امن و امان کی حالت بھی سب سے خراب تھی پھر بھی کسی شہر میں اس طرح کھلے عام بچے قتل نہیں ہو رہے تھے. یہ کونسی حکومت ہے جس کو آرمی نے پورا ملک صاف بھی کر کے دیا ہے لیکن کئی سالوں تک بچے زیادتی کا شکار ہوتے رہے اور تم سڑکیں چاٹتے رہے. ملک میں بجلی نہیں تھی تو بجلی ہی بنانی تھی. اس میں کونسی سائنس ہے؟ تم نے کونسا ٢ دن میں ڈیم کھڑا کر دیا ہے؟ پیسے کھا کھا کے کھا کھا کے ٤ پلانٹ لگائے ہیں اور وہ بھی ہر دوسرے دن بند ہو جاتے ہیں. دنیا جب تعلیم روزگار صحت انصاف اور فلاحی مملکت کی طرف جا رہی تو ہم یہاں ووٹ دے دیں کہ جناب نے قرضے لے لے کر ٤ گھنٹے لوڈ شیڈنگ کم کر دی ہے. بڑا کوئی نسلوں پہ احسان کر دیا ہے. یہ تمہارا کام تھا. تمھیں اسکی تنخواہ ملتی ہے. جواب اس بات کا دو کہ ساتھ اربوں کھربوں کیوں کھاتے ہو؟ وہ سب کس کھاتے میں ہے؟

بحرحال جس کورٹ کا ذکر آپ کر رہی ہیں - اس نے ایک فیصلہ جاہلوں کی خوشنودی کے لئے لکھا تھا - اس میں مصالے دار چٹپٹی توہین آمیز زبان استمعال کی - پھر اسی کورٹ نے ایک اور فیصلہ دیا جو عدالتی زبان میں لکھا گیا جو قانون کو سمھجنے والے لوگوں کے لئے لکھا گیا - اسی کورٹ نے اس قانونی زبان میں پورے کے پورے خاندان کو ہی صادق اور امین کیہ دیا - ستم ظریفی یہ کہ یہ عدالتی زبان کی وجہ سے یہ فیصلہ جاہلوں یعنی عمران خان اور باقی عمرانی نتھو خیروں کو کے لئے بیکار ہے - پر شکر ہے کہ آپ اس کی انگریزی کو سمجھ سکتی ہیں

In this case we have come to the painful conclusion that respondents 1 to 9 were denied due process. The legal process was abused by keeping the Reference pending indefinitely and unreasonably. The said respondents were denied the right to vindicate themselves. The Reference served no purpose but to oppress them.



Page 32 Para 36 (about the court joke with sharref family and abuse of court process in undue persecution)

A fair and speedy trial is the essence and essential of judicial administration in a civilised country. Protracted proceedings as in this case are a mockery of the law and must be deemed to be an abuse of process of Court”

Page-23 Para 28. Regarding the foreign currency benami accounts accusation on which whole Panama JIT BS was built. It also says that no assets beyond income means were found and evidence of abuse of power was found.

We enquired whether respondents Nos. 1 to 9 were called upon to explain the allegations and the learned Prosecutor states that there is nothing on record to confirm this. The References also do not mention the ingredients which constitute the aforesaid offences; they do not allege that respondent Nos. 2 to 9 had assets “disproportionate” to their “known sources of income” which they could not “reasonably account for” and/or had misused their “authority to gain any benefit or favour for himself or any other person”.

بحرحال جس کورٹ کا ذکر آپ کر رہی ہیں - اس نے ایک فیصلہ جاہلوں کی خوشنودی کے لئے لکھا تھا - اس میں مصالے دار چٹپٹی توہین آمیز زبان استمعال کی - پھر اسی کورٹ نے ایک اور فیصلہ دیا جو عدالتی زبان میں لکھا گیا جو قانون کو سمھجنے والے لوگوں کے لئے لکھا گیا - اسی کورٹ نے اس قانونی زبان میں پورے کے پورے خاندان کو ہی صادق اور امین کیہ دیا - ستم ظریفی یہ کہ یہ عدالتی زبان کی وجہ سے یہ فیصلہ جاہلوں یعنی عمران خان اور باقی عمرانی نتھو خیروں کو کے لئے بیکار ہے - پر شکر ہے کہ آپ اس کی انگریزی کو سمجھ سکتی ہیں


سارا فیصلہ آپ پڑھ سکتی ہیں - میں صرف وہ حصے آپ کے لئے ریفرنس کے ساتھ پیسٹ کر رہا ہوں جس میں پورے ٹبر کو اسی کورٹ نے صادق اور امین کہا اور ہے بھی کہا کہ یہ لوگ مظلوم ہیں اور ان کے ساتھ زیادتی کی جا رہی ہے

Page 34 Para 38 (respondent 1 to 9 is whole shareef tubber) being called as sadiq and ameen and are being oppressed

In this case we have come to the painful conclusion that respondents 1 to 9 were denied due process. The legal process was abused by keeping the Reference pending indefinitely and unreasonably. The said respondents were denied the right to vindicate themselves. The Reference served no purpose but to oppress them.



Page 32 Para 36 (about the court joke with sharref family and abuse of court process in undue persecution)

A fair and speedy trial is the essence and essential of judicial administration in a civilised country. Protracted proceedings as in this case are a mockery of the law and must be deemed to be an abuse of process of Court”

Page-23 Para 28. Regarding the foreign currency benami accounts accusation on which whole Panama JIT BS was built. It also says that no assets beyond income means were found and evidence of abuse of power was found.

We enquired whether respondents Nos. 1 to 9 were called upon to explain the allegations and the learned Prosecutor states that there is nothing on record to confirm this. The References also do not mention the ingredients which constitute the aforesaid offences; they do not allege that respondent Nos. 2 to 9 had assets “disproportionate” to their “known sources of income” which they could not “reasonably account for” and/or had misused their “authority to gain any benefit or favour for himself or any other person”.

we are quite surprised to learn that no charge was ever framed against respondent Nos. 1 to 9.

جناب، ان محترمہ کے بارے میں تو میں کچھ کہنے سے اجتناب برتتا ہوں کیونکہ میرا خیال ہے کہ یہ بھی الزام خان کی اصلیت پہچان چکی ہیں اور کئ مرتبہ دبے لفظوں میں اسکا اعتراف بھی کر چکیں ہیں ، ھاں اس طوطے کی رٹی ہوئ حرکات پہ ضرور تبصرہ کروں گا جو صبح اٹھتے ہی طوطے کی اذان دینا اپنا فرض سمجھتا ہے اور ڈھونڈ ڈھونڈ کر نواز شریف کے بارے میں سالوں پرانی خبریں چھانتا پھرتا ہے ۔ اسے سب علم ہے کہ اس کا یہ رویہ حب علی سے زیادہ بغض معاویہ کے متشابہہ ہے لیکن کوئ دن ایسا نہیں گزرا جب اسے نواز کی دشمنی کے سانچے میں سے ملک کی محبت کا دورہ نہ پڑا ہو۔ میں دعوے سے کہہ سکتا ہوں کہ اگر نواز کے علاوہ کوئ بھی حکمران ہوتا ، اس طوطے کے رٹے ہوۓ سارے جملے پھر بھی یہی رہتے ۔ اپنی ہی ناک کے نیچے رہنے والے ماضی کے بستہ نمبر ایک اور کرپشن میں دھنسے ہوۓ لوٹوں کا نظر نہ آنا، کے پی کے کے احتساب کمیشن کے دن دھاڑے ریپ کو کارپٹ کے نیچے دبا دینا ، اپنے صادق اور امین کے سرٹیفیکٹ کی پشت پر کیلی فورنیا کے کورٹ کا عکس دکھائ نہ دینا ۔ یہ سب نظری دھوکے باز کی جعل سازی کے علاوہ اور کچھ نہیں ہے ۔ اپنے ماضی کی مشکوک حرکات کو یکسر مسترد کردینا اور ایمپاۂر کی انگلی کو مختلف اداروں سے جوڑنا بھی کافی حد تک قابل فہم ہے کہ طوطا تار کو مروڑنے میں کافی مہارت رکھتا ہے ۔ میں تو اس ڈھٹائ اور قادری کی پکی ہوئ دیگ میں پھر سے چھلانگ لگانے پر صرف ہنس ہی سکتا ہوں ۔

جناب اتنا ہی آپ کو عادتوں کا پتا ہے تو دونوں گنجوں کی عادتوں کا نہیں پتا لگا؟ جب ہم انکی عادتوں کا ذکر آپ کے سامنے کرتے ہیں تو تب آپ کو کیوں موت پڑتی ہے؟ کیوں ہم انکے خلاف ہیں؟ انہی عادتوں کی وجہ سے!! انکو کرپشن کی عادت ہے. انکو جھوٹ بولنے کی عادت ہے. حکمرانی کو اپنے کاروبار کے فروغ کیلئے استعمال کرنے کی عادت ہے. سارے اداروں میں اور ساری حکومت میں اپنے ٹبر کو بھرنے کی عادت ہے. اتنے ہی تم اصول پسند ہو تو بتاؤ کہ گنجا کس اصول کے تحت اپنی بیٹی اور اسکے ٹبر کو اٹھا کر امریکا لے گیا؟ کس اصول کے تحت اسکی نواسی یو این او میں بیٹھی ہوئی تھی؟ کچھ شرم ہے تم لوگوں کو؟ شہباز شریف کی اولاد، نواز شریف کی اولاد، آگے سے اولادوں کی اولادیں. جس روایت کے خلاف آواز اٹھاتے ہوئے نواسہ رسول شہید ہو گئے اسکو تم لوگوں نے اپنا ایمان بنا لیا ہے. روز اسکی پوجا کرتے ہو. روز اسکا دفاع کرتے ہو. ٣٠ ٣٥ سال سے یہ دونوں بھائی اقتدار کے مزے لوٹ رہے ہیں اور نتیجہ یہ ہے کہ ایک بڑے شہر کے بچے زیادتی کے بعد قتل سے مر رہے ہیں. لاہور میں دن دیہاڑے ١٠٠ لوگوں کو گولیاں مار دیں. پی ٹی وی پہ حملہ تو تمھیں بہت یاد ہے. اسکی بنیاد پہ تو روز پوری تحریک انصاف کو پھانسی لگوانا چاہتے ہو اور جو ماڈل ٹاؤن کے ١٤ قتل ہیں؟ وہاں تم گونگے بن جاتے ہو. اپنی سوچ بھی دیکھو نا. جس شخص کو ترازو دیا جاۓ اور وہ پی ٹی وی کے حملے کو ١٤ زندہ لوگوں کے سرعام قتل پہ بھاری قرار دے دے اسے تو عجائب خانے میں رکھنا چاہیے. پی ٹی وی حملے کی بھی سن لو. وہاں کیمرے لگے ہوئے تھے. دیکھ لو ان میں کون کون تھا اور پکڑ لو. کس نے روکا ہوا ہے؟ پتا لگے اپنے ہی بھیجے ہوئے بندے پکڑے گئے ہیں. پی پی پی کا دور انتہائی برا تھا اور امن و امان کی حالت بھی سب سے خراب تھی پھر بھی کسی شہر میں اس طرح کھلے عام بچے قتل نہیں ہو رہے تھے. یہ کونسی حکومت ہے جس کو آرمی نے پورا ملک صاف بھی کر کے دیا ہے لیکن کئی سالوں تک بچے زیادتی کا شکار ہوتے رہے اور تم سڑکیں چاٹتے رہے. ملک میں بجلی نہیں تھی تو بجلی ہی بنانی تھی. اس میں کونسی سائنس ہے؟ تم نے کونسا ٢ دن میں ڈیم کھڑا کر دیا ہے؟ پیسے کھا کھا کے کھا کھا کے ٤ پلانٹ لگائے ہیں اور وہ بھی ہر دوسرے دن بند ہو جاتے ہیں. دنیا جب تعلیم روزگار صحت انصاف اور فلاحی مملکت کی طرف جا رہی تو ہم یہاں ووٹ دے دیں کہ جناب نے قرضے لے لے کر ٤ گھنٹے لوڈ شیڈنگ کم کر دی ہے. بڑا کوئی نسلوں پہ احسان کر دیا ہے. یہ تمہارا کام تھا. تمھیں اسکی تنخواہ ملتی ہے. جواب اس بات کا دو کہ ساتھ اربوں کھربوں کیوں کھاتے ہو؟ وہ سب کس کھاتے میں ہے؟

Compare the situation of 2013 to present and tell me if the law and order is better than 2013 or not. Army was the same in PPP time , or even Musharraf time when the bombs were going off every day . why couldn't your favorite army generals stop that bloodshed prior to 2013 ? What happened in Model Town and even in Qasoor is really a tragedy . But to say that NS and SS concocted this massacre is nothing more than political point scoring . It could be said that the police did a lousy job , but to say that NS intentionally allowed the criminals to kill this innocent girl is a hypocrisy of high level.

How many power projects are started up in KPK ? How many watts of power added to the national grid from the KPK province? Have some shame when uttering the non sense in long tirade.
