Getting up in early morning + abstaining from eating/drinking etc + Abstaining
from the company of the most beautiful creature of this Universe(of course
during Fasting time + all other sacrifices are =(EQUAL TO) something
called Taqwa.
If the desired achievement of above equation is not obtained, then
all these efforts are mathematically and logically "in vain".
BTW after Sehri eating, if someone brushes and gargle four to five times,
the that breath will not bother at all. Allah loves those who purify themselves.
