Which means all Pakistani mangoes will be exported to Europe and they will be very expansive not only in Pakistan but in Europe as well.

They found some kind of insects in Indian Mango. For that reason they banned it.

Hamare konkan area ka aam hai yeh. Badami bhi aata hoga. But my personal favorite is Hapus aur uske baad langda. I don't like fibrous aam like dussheri, totapuri etc.

Sabko apne ghar ka khana aur apne yaha ka aam acha lagta hai. Its a developed taste. Amongst Indian mangoes also i prefer hapus because it is grown locally and it is by far the best mango i have eaten. I ate mexican mango in US. Usko mango kehna mango ka insult hai. Mere liye to ONLY HAPUS that also DEVGAD.(bigsmile)

یہ تو ہوتا ہی ہے۔ سرمایہ داروں کا نقصان اور عوام کا فائدہ۔ جب یہاں پر برڈ فلو آتا تھا تو غرہب لوگ جی بھر کر مرغی کو رگڑا لگاتے تھے

That's good. If one gets exposed to different tastes one can develop taste for other things. For me hapus is best. Pakistani mango i may never get to eat here in India so how can i make any comparison?

its my personal experieice,i have few indian friends here in dubai and last year they tasted pakistani sindhari and choosa first time and accepted tht these are the best mangeo they have ever eaten. and this year they are just waiting for pakistani mangoes.

Bird flu ke chalte 25rs ki chicken bhi khane se darte hain log. Human psychology aisi hai ki koi cheez sasti mile to ham shak karne lagte hai, isme kuch gadbad to nahi. Girti hui demand ki wajah se hee to price gir jati hai. Hamare yaha har saal pyaaz ka shortage ho jata hai aur uska bhaav asmaan choone lagta hai. Phir ekdum se itna sara pyaaz market me aa jata hai pyaaz ka bhaav 80rs se 5rs kilo par aa jata hai. Usually mango ka bhaav baarish shuru hone se pehle gir jata hai, islie ki ye aam june mahine me sadne lagta hai. Magar is baar is Ban se pura season bahut sasta mil jayega. Its good. Even lower middle class people will be able to afford it.

Pakistani mango considered to be the best in the world. For some Eurpeons they are too sweet and they add lemon juice to reduce sweetness from the mangoes. I travel widely around Europe and last year I bought them in UK almost all the cities, in France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland and in Czech republic. I gave them as presents to my friends and they all loved them. Alphonso I only seen in few shops in UK but most widely Pakistani mango is been sold everywhere next to Brazilizn and then African. But they are far different from Pakistani mangoes. It starts from 4 for a box of 4 mangoes which goes down in full season to around to 2.50 a box.

Walmart -Bharti Joint venture tha. Magar Walmart has gotten out of the JV and decided to go solo in India. Unka business model kuch metro cash and carry jaisa hai. North India me ho sakta hai milte ho, magar yaha mumbai me april- may is season of hapus. Grown locally and favorite of everybody. Monsoon arrives in mumbai around 10th june. By that time hapus season is over and we start getting north indian varieties like langda, dussheri, totapuri, these types. Some variety of mangoes from gujarat like kesri etc are available. Haven't seen these chaunsa and sindhri here.
