Amongst Indian mangoes also i prefer hapus because it is grown locally and it is by far the best mango i have eaten. I ate mexican mango in US. Usko mango kehna mango ka insult hai. Mere liye to ONLY HAPUS that also DEVGAD.(bigsmile)

If ever you get a chance to eat a Pakistani mango "Chita Chunsaa" or "Anwar Retool", I am pretty much sure you will love them....here in Dubai majority of the indians keep on waiting for these brands to come. My indian friends always request me to get these variety of mangoes and hopefully we will have them in a couple of months.

In a previous post you said u like the langda.... no offense langda is a average kind of a mango... go for the two varieties i have mentioned.

If i get them here I will definitely try them. I am sure they are very good. Anwar retool? That sounds very imaginative. HAHAHA.

anwar rataul is probably indian , developed by local orchard owners of western u.p. fruit belt which extends from ghaziabad to dehradun saharanpur ambala.rataul is a village in meerut which specialises in developing best varieties of dussehry mango . some varities have been named by the developers and village names ,that is why name is anwar rataul.
