Even if she has , she isn't going to disclose. However, It reminds me of the state of Red Indians living on Reserves here in Canada. They get monthly payments from Government. None of them bothered to go to school, Alcohol is common among all of them . Suicide rate is dangerously high and the poverty is rampant . Drug abuse is everywhere. This is the result of making some generation rich by handing them money . Responsible governments do responsible work . Charity collector can't think anything other than begging and distributing.
