US has always backed off when the regime they put in power cross the agenda they were given. Now here, PDM just had to remove PTI because they assured that PDM is more popular and will take care of things, which they failed completely. Instead they are towing their own agenda along with establishment. So they are gradually backing off.

Typical dual game by establishment. That is why no one in international community ever trusted what Pakistani Govt/Estb said. They looted support fund and played dual game with Taliban as well before.
