I asked a builder to build an apartment building for me. My manager colluded with builder and signed a contract at very high rate as compared with the similar projects in the city on behalf of my company. Now building is completed and nearly 50% building is rented out which is not covering even the utilities of the building. I can't sell this building as my manager signed a closed mortgage for 35 years term at 16% interest.
Not only I have to pay financial charges but also I have to bear most of the operational costs from my pocket.
Please propose a solution to me to come out of this situation?

Nope. Pakistan can pay back internal debt by printing pkr but it won't work on projects funded in usd. Hence Pakistan has to borrow more and more dollars to payback ever increasing external debt View attachment 4292View attachment 4293View attachment 4294

Printing or creating Money out of nothing will weaken the currency and we will end up paying more towards foreign debt.
My biggest fear is that will Pakistan can survive another term of PPP/PMLN or GHQ?

Legally we can't come out of the contracts. As a nation, we have two choices:
Keep paying till the time contracts are matured but what are the chances the new contracts will not be signed by people like Shahbaz? Keep in mind PTI is also consists of Pakistan and only difference is IK who is misfit in our society and trying hard and Allah might accept his efforts and I pray from Allah to accept his efforts.
Second option is bankruptcy which was done by Greenland but as a Pakistan are we willing for this?

It's a systematic problem. It's caused by economic and financial system in place in Pakistan. Has nothing to do with any party politics

Do u see any solution for the financial traps set by Musharraf, PPP and PMLN to Pakistan? Sorry to create this thread creating a story to gain your sympathy. In fact if I had given authority to my Manager on my behalf then I should be responsible and sadly Pakistan is paying for the corruption of our corrupt managers.

I thought you were intelligent. Govt or public debt can be paid by SBP by printing money under emergency. This solution won't work with external debt as SBP cannot print USD only PKR. Hence the IMF trap of foreign borrowing to payback ever increasing external debt

I see. So now u understand it as a " Systematic Problem". All previous Governments inherited it too. So, in your opinion what did they do best to manage it that the current Government cannot do?

Desprado is advocating for bankruptcy for a long time now. After seeing the numbers of ever growing external debt, I must agree with him that bankruptcy is the only way out now. Pakistan can't keep borrowing 10 billion dollars a year to payback 10 billion dollars a year. This model is financial suicide

No govt managed it. Musharraf only fixed the problem temporarily by freezing external debt payments for 17 years in return for war on terror support. Since 2017 those frozen debts had to be paid back in full causing this current debt crisis now

Imran Khan or Allah's miracle won't give Pakistan 10 billion dollars required to payback external debt each year. Entire economic and financial structure needs to be changed to come out of this crisis
