YEH AAKHIR MAJRA KIA HEY ?? Why I am not getting a chance to become an anchor in any TV Channel. When I get a chance I will surely be a spokesperson of a political party. Depends who put a biggest bid, may be I will go for them who took the bribe from ISI to form IJI.

NO media is independent these days. This is an international phenomenon.

Ab kuch column Fazlurrehman or Hina Rabbani Kher jaisay loton per bhi ho jain...jo her baar iqtidar kay mazay loot tay hain.. opposition main reh ker bhi govt ka sath daitay hain... sharam in ko mager nahin atee...

I some how have started to feel that bashing MQM is becoming a fashion...or her columnist ab is main maqdoor baraber dad talab kernay kay liyay apna hissa daal raha hai...

MQM stayed in power but it developed Karachi...... can anybody show me one single similar example in the country.... though i have serious reservations about the ghunda wings of MQM...

Yay baqi log ... jo power main bhi rehtay hain... or kertay bhi kuch nahin... in ko kion muaf ker diya gaya hai....

I am a critic of some of MQMs policies.... but this MQM bashing fashion is going beyond limits now...

Secondly... Shakir bhai aap say muazirat kay sath... I dont see anything great about this column....

Why do we have an amnesia about the lies told by NS and SS about the accord... why do we remain silent upon JI and IK s support of the Pakistani Taliban... Why do we have a president who is the biggest looter of the country... with his cronies jo watan e azeez ko noch noch ker kha rahay hain...where are the sane voices of the PPP.. secondly.. since the elections.. govt have been playing around and debating upon the "non-issues"... and the opposition is silent .. "apni bari kay intizar main" chahay nizam ko bachanay kay chakker main mulk hi chala jae... and we continue to praise "Mian Sahab" who doesnt want to confront govt.. to save the system.. so that he can get his chance... all are hypocrites.. so are their supporters..

sharam hum ko bhi nahin atee...

I am sorry to say this, but Mr. Shakir has shown biasness again in favor of NS [nawaz]. I remember that Mr. Shakir has been saying that he will write against NS as well, but until now he has failed to produce such column.

Now a days, media is not independent any more, Aaj kal Jo Ziyada Bhari Lifafa deta hai, Sirf Ussi ke haq mein likha jaat hai.

Well... its not fair to call everybody a lifafa journalist... because journalists are humans like us and they might have the tendency to sway towards their favourite political party... but I believe all of us should learn to call a spade a spade.. and stop protecting even our favourite party's wrong doings... only this way we can take pakistan forward...

@milestone like you asked & blamed many other do every day every week every month. You are wrong about lifafa if you use it for me, i always protested lifafa & yellow sahafat, my column are a proof. i'm a medium level property businessman & earning HALAL & enough for my family living,
for your reference all main streem parties & their executives don't like me cos. of my truth, i ve spoken out very strongly for theire wrong decissions WHO ever they were even IN-FRONT of them (you name), yes few weeks before some friends asked me to write about pml n mpa mna & ministers & i DID write ...... now if you have not the chance to read then what is my mistake ??

My friends i always like to write issues which may effect our future & ofcourse some time missed important issues cos. i can't attend / cover all.

any important issue you friends want me to write, inform me by email & i'll write as well as discusse it on the plateform of KARWAN e FIKAR UK a ThinkTANK of which i'm the chairman.

Call me sagacious... i wish i could change the name now......chose it may be eight nine years back...and saga would be even worse...

The problem is ... if we love Pakistan and we have seen these politicians and generals fooling the nation time and again... bitterness comes naturally... for my side ... its not selective.. all of them have plundered the country.. some might be better than others... but agenda is one... Iqtidar... sometimes i feel to start shouting looking at the sky...... "??? ??? ????" and i wish somebody could say it is near.....

Thanks for clarification and I hope you didnt take my comments personally. I believe, Yellow journalism is very common in Pakistan now and nowadays it is very difficult to acquire the correct news. Media nowadays is creating perception rather than giving the factual news to the public and let them decide who or what is right and what is wrong, rather try to shove their opinion in common man's mouth.
Please send me the links of those columns that you have written against NS and PML-N, I would be delighted to read them.
