I searched for this news over the Internet and could not find any authentic source from any reliable newspaper. But found word to word news in social media website: http://siasitv.com/with-love-from-syria/

It seems that it not siasat.pk where Shias are spreading their lies and propaganda.

We should be very careful from these Shias as they are just following their religious duty of Taqiyyah as explain above in my previous post.

But saudis do it under the cover of religion..."they marry and after a week divorce" everything legal right but they think its ok to marry with the intention of divorce..and do not consider it wrong thus go to someone else and do same thing.. thats where the problem is... IF the law of saudia was like to split their wealth or pre nups like in USA then they will think twice...and I think they even think they do not need marriage certificate..they bring four friends and thats it and all four friend are culprit and guilty of same sin

This practice is more common in Iran, and somehow in all Arab speaking countries. I shared the documentary about Jordan they were doing the same henious things you mentioned and some would come there for rape prey of younger girls. my point is it is not limited to Saudi Arabia.
