Why NS name in Panama Leaks ?

I have just heard Hussain Nawaz giving the explaination for the details of their assets.

Please can anyone explains as to:

1) Why NS name has been disclosed as the main beneficiary by Mossack-Fonseca sources IF its Hussain Nawaz property??

2) The assets are worth millions of dollars. How was this money transferred to acquire these assets?
