Why is Rape not mentioned in Quran ?

So any punishment for rape would be the same for any violent crime and in my view and this is strictly my own understanding. Allah did not specifically mention a punishment and left it open ended because of depending on the severity of the crime.

Ohh, I missed that, had to go back and read it. Yeah basically reaching the same conclusion, so I guess anyone with half a brain and some commonsense and even the most basic understanding of the Quran will come to that logical conclusion.

So correct these hadithyon want everything to be spoon fed them, but when it comes to their namaz they can't it neither the Quran or haidth. So its their reasoning is hypocritically selective.

Sometimes I wish they listened to what they themselves were saying and apply that logic to their hadiths as well, as an example I present to you the master blaster himself, our favourite bhaand moulvi assim al hakeem!

Quran does mentions punishment for adultery.
The Quran states that the punishment for fornication is one hundred lashes.

[24:2] The adulteress and the adulterer you shall whip each of them a hundred lashes. Do not be swayed by pity from carrying out GOD’s law, if you truly believe in GOD and the Last Day. And let a group of believers witness their penalty.
