٣- بہاریوں کی آباد کاری کے مسلہ پر بھی پنجاب میں انکے لیے کافی ہمدردی پائی جاتی تھی اور نواز شریف کے پچھلے دور میں پنجاب کے کچھ شہروں میں بہاری کالونیاں بنانے کا آغاز بھی ہوا لیکن سندھیوں نے اس عمل کی شدید مخالفت کی -- وہ اس بات کی گارنٹی مانگتے تھے کہ یہ لوگ اٹھ کے کراچی میں آباد نہیں ہونگے -- قیام پاکستان کے بعد اردو سپیکنگ مہاجرین کے سندھ اور کراچی میں آباد ہونے اور اس کے نتیجے میں ہونے والی 'ڈیموگرافک شفٹ' نے سندھیوں میں شدید عدم تحفظ کا احساس پیدا کیا -- بعد ازاں جرنل ضیاء کے تعاون سے ایم کیو ایم کے قیام نے اس کو نفرت میں بدل دیا -- سندھ میں اس پروپگنڈہ نے فروغ پایا کہ پنجابیوں اور مہاجروں نے مل کے سندھیوں کو کمزور کرنے کے لیے ایم کیو ایم بنوائی ہے اور ان کے خلاف سازش کی ہے --- اب اس بیک گراونڈ میں پنجاب کے لوگوں کا بہاریوں کی آباد کاری میں جوش و خروش دکھانا سندھی قوم پرستوں کو کیسے ٹھیک لگ سکتا تھا
