What has Mustafa Kamal really achieved in last 4 years?

Mustafa Kamal led City District Government Karachi (CDGK) completed 2,496 projects in the city during the last four years while work on 126 mega projects was still under way.
So what has Mustafa Kamal really done?
Completion of K-3 water supply project[which quadrupled Karachi's water supply including 60 million-gallons/day to Lyari and adjoining Islands]
