Mahatma Gandhi was also a great person not a perfect person though, after all likes of Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela looked upon him as an inspiration. The problem is that he's not liked in our textbooks due to other leaders of Indian National Congress and right wing Hindu fanaticism present in India. It's nothing wrong with him being a conservative Hindu person and staying a vegetarian, he even quoted Nabi Pakpbuh and Hazrat Abu bakr Siddiqui Razi Allau Anhu, Hazrat Omar Faroque Razi Allahu Anhu and Hazrat Imam Hussain Razi Allahu Anhu too as one of the inspirational figures from human history. But I assume he left a lot of confusions too, for instance his controversial stand on caste system, he suffered racism in South Africa and talked about interracial equality, but didn't speak a word earlier when witnessing the inhuman caste system during his traditional and conservative upbringing.

The hindu scriptures are now being taught even in Islamic madrassah's in INdia

Hundreds of mosques including babri masjid were demolished during this "secular" reign

Muslims and other minorities are regularly targetted

Muslims cant buy homes in most major cities in good or affluent neighbourhoods

If You take OUT Islam from any of this equation then the whole two nation theory falls apart.

What the Quaid wanted is what the quaid got an Islamic Country but the colonizers made sure that they left their secular system in place which has been the reason for this rot in Pakistan today!

He could not groom his son, he walked with two women under his arms, he claimed to sleep with his nieces naked interpreting his control on himself, he on many occasions tried to undermine Qaid, story about it is in Qaid's book.
