Well according to Hillary own words....its carrot and stick together. The americans have to understand this that they can not make pak a friend by just helping or give support on some issue basis, though it s also nice and i appreciate their efforts. But they need a policy shift towards Muslims which should reflect most importantly on Palestine and Kashmir Issue, other wise these relief effort will win them very small and short period praise or friendship.
