Two Must See Documentaries

I would HIGHLY recommend the following two documentaries especially the first one.

1. India: Final Solution

This documentary is a very detailed account of the events that took place in Gujarat, India leading the the massacre of thousands of innocent Muslims. This documentary shows BJP leaders inciting their followers by telling them to abandon the philosophies of ****hi so that Muslims can be removed from Bharat. It is a disturbing depiction of the politics of hate. It is very balanced by the way as it interview several Hindus who sheltered

2. No End In Sight

No End in Sight is a documentary film that focuses on the two year period following the American invasion of Iraq in March 2003. The film asserts that serious mistakes made by the administration of President George W. Bush during that time were the cause of ensuing problems in Iraq, such as the rise of the insurgency, a lack of security and basic utilities for many Iraqis, sectarian violence and, at one point, the risk of complete civil war.

These are two of my favorite documentaries and are real eye openers for all of us here. It gives substance to many of the arguments we make.

after watching the First documentary INDIA THE FINAL SOLUTION, which is really heart felt, and made me emotional. This video made me remember the memoirs revealed to me by my father, abt how did he and his family migrated from india to Pakistan in 1947. During his 10 days long (on foot) migration he had seen hundreds of scenes like burnt corpses of muslims, attacks on muslim caravans by extremist hindus slaughtering muslims like vegitables. Today i feel proud to be a pakistani, and felt the decesion made by my ancestors was right and true. Now this is ours moral obligation to make pakistan an ideal islamic country. Pakistan zindabad

Gujarat riot was the worse day in the history if india after the partition riots. People responsible for that riots are being investigated and some ministirs and politicians are now in jail. I believe anyone responsible for this henious crime should be punished. Politically parties in past have tried to seek benifit by instigating such riots. Such riots have happened many times in last 60 years but now I feel these things are beyond us. New generations of Indians are not easily manipulated . Unfortunately on developing country where large number of different religious and ethnic groups live side by side these phenomenan can't be ruled out. Though the maker of this documentry is a Hindu Brahmin like me, I found this documentry to be quite exagerated. I think this guy had some other motives too. Indians have moved on and learnt their lesson. During terrorism in mumbai there was no Muslim backlash though politicians tried their best.

Correction : Dude it is not proved yet that those who killed were Pak army soldiers, many times Taliban posed like Pak army soldiers , secondly don't try to create confusion, who told you that the kids were pukhtoon? They can be from any ethnic group.
