The best way to shut up Altaf Hussein is to stitch up his mouth permanently so that he could never speak again and make ugly statements and mobile speeches against Pakistan from London. And, it should be a good lesson and fair enough warning for the MQM hate mongering politicians in Karachi that they would be dealt with the same way.

But, the question would remain how to feed Altaf Hussein if his mouth is stitched up? I would recommend that he is fed through his rectum for rest of his life. I am certain that by doing this, it should save Pakistan from a lot problems deliberately instigated by MQM to create hate mongering and violence.

You failed to grasp satire in the post. Altaf Hussein's anti-Pakistan hate mongering statements and mobile speeches are creating dissension and inciting hatred between many communities in Karachi. His anti-state speeches and statements must be stopped what ever it takes by the government and Pak Rangers. He has become a threat to Pakistan political stability and statehood.
