Its a tough question my friend. But i think MQM will win because they have advantage of being street smart. Their appearance is also like an average citizen. Taliban can be recognized from very far.

Say what we may but MQM, ANP etc are good deterrent against Taliban style rule.

Taliban is Saudi social customs and Karachites are not ready for this.

As for MQM they do gun politics but at least do not use Muslim Mosque to defend their arguments.

Since this is thread is about pure skills, MQM so far has an upper edge in street combat. They know the streets very well.
