Not really. There are strong holds of various political parties. Slow voting is taking place only in those areas where PML(N), PPP and other anti-establishment parties have a clear majority/majority voters.
They may do it, because maybe they don't believe in God, but they should at least believe in the world which is watching.

Ideally, in a country like Pakistan, we should have the Australian system, where it is mandated for everyone to vote. Keep the polls open until all registered voters have voted. Make the vote really count. Extend it to 2 or 3 days if needed. Noone is dying for the result the same night.
