Systematic election-rigging under army boots (deliberately slow voting)

With an excuse of security, the election commission staff has perhaps deliberately kept the voting process extraordinarily slow in strongholds of Pakistan Muslim League (N), Pakistan People's Party and other anti-establishment parties.

PML(N) has demanded for extension in polling time by one hour. Since this request hasn't come from the blue eyed boy of the establishment, Imran Khan, ECP hasn't so far taken such a demand seriously.
