Whether I live in Canada or work in US, I never never have any problems getting time off for Juma, alhamdulillah. And I know others dont have any either because masajids are full. We have 7 masajids here plus musallahs. Four masajids are always holding TWO friday prayers because of ever increasing Muslim population and lack of space.

Just two days ago, on good friday, there was such an overcrowd occured that the masjid committee had requested a Muslim owner of a wedding hall, which he gave FREE for two hours. So this Friday, all other masajids saw an overflow of people. Two masjids had to do THREE prayers, 30 min apart.

Its not the western countries that prevents Muslims from following Islam, its the Muslims themselves that use western countries as a escape goat for not carrying out their Islamic duties. Personally myself, I always take two hours lunch on Fridays. They do not pay me for extra one hour but thats ok with me. I still take it.

About two months ago, we held a fund raising dinner for quranic ensychlopedia, over 200 people attended and in less than 1 hr they collected over $200,000, One sister sold ALL HER 22 kt jewelleries to donate to the cause.

No one forced you to become an immigrant or citizen of another country. It was your own personal and sovereign decision and i suppose this decision was motivated to have better prospects of your life in materialistic way. Now there is hardly any need to be suffering in complex. You can do a lot of good to your native as well as adopted countries. Otherwise you still can make a choice to renounce your current status of citizenship and acquire the one which you like more. Unfortunately Pakistanis like any other Third world countries would like to be flown back in box rather to fly back themselves if they so desire.

Sorry to disagree with you here..... for many reasons. I have lived about 15 years of my life in England and in North America and have met much better Muslims than in Pakistan ... so don't assume things. (which basically means making an ass out of yourself which you should know as apparently you have a lot of knowledge of living in Canada). As far as one's religous beliefs go ... it all depends on one's ownself of how you choose to live your own life and your kids. You cannot be the judge and you can never be as the only judge of one's character and morality is solely Allah. As I said I have tons of Muslims in Pakistan who drink, do not pray, do not fast, steal, rob, kill innocents, do not provide justice, gheebat, accusing a Muslim brother without any proof - pretty much everything Islam forbids and you yourself has just demonstrated a perfect example of one of those by accusing gazoo without getting your facts. It is people like yourself our nation is standing where it is right now. So don't give me a crap ... just your brain that Allah has given to every living thing to start thinking of your words and their consequences....basically think before you speak (or even write) .. which I know will be a difficult thing to do but trying never hurts.

As far as Altaf Hussain's mortgage and expenses is concerned ... again there is something which is called common sense ... tell me if someone who is not employed or has any investments or any business ... how does he support himself and maintain a large Secretariat and pay all the associated expenses? Again no one is accusing him of any Bhattas or Chandas but again I also would like to know his source of income and again I am open to all common sense answers .. just remember I have lived in London for few years myself and know how difficult it is to live there even with a decent income because of the high cost of living there....so someone to live there like a king for so many years without having a legitamate source of income defies common sense.

As far as Shakir Qureshi Bhai is concerned ... from what I know he's a British citizen too .... so his response also defies common sense too as I have seen literally few hundred families in England during my stay there who by the Grace of Almight Allah live their lives by the true spirit of Islam and again my point is simple ... there are good people and there are bad people and they come from every race, culture and religion ... a good example being a lot of top Islamic scholars have hailed from these Non Muslim countries and we have seen some really good Muslim brothers and sisters from all walks of lives who are helping in spreading this true religion to every corner of the world. Try attending one of the Islamic conferences held throughout the year in these non-Muslim countries and you will know what I am saying.

Everybody has a right to free speech but no one gives you the right to impose your judgment on others without facts ... so my friend if you are a Muslim which you claim, you must apologize to othe Muslims on this forum for your remarks and pray to the Almighty for forgiveness and enlightenment. I am well aware of the conditions to get a halal mortgage, fact of the matter is, if you can afford it then why not. You try to act as an honest and bold person who speaks the truth but the way you present it is a sin in itself. Why do you have to degrade others when you have no clue of how they live their lives?? Either your application for immigration has been denied several times because of your incompetence [funnny] or your personal life is totally screwed after immigrating from Pakistan.

What ever problems you have in life try to correct them first and then if you are really concerned about your fellow Muslims and their practices then take some dawah courses, otherwise this attitude of yours is helping no one here.

Dear Sir,

So far you haven't answer me, I will re-emphasis my question,

How could you decide anyone's fate, without knowing them, I may be agree with you in most of the points, which you are trying to pull on overseas, who had some how manage to got out from Pakistan, like you did from your country. plus everyone manage to get their "HALAL" Living, which you thought every one is earning from lotto or from gambling.It looks you have not tried to search about the Islamic schools, otherwise you wouldn't pass remarks about the catholic schools, Other than catholic schools, Public schools are running without any discrimination, all you have to do, is to go and tell them about your religion and let them know, that our children would not follow any non Muslim activity, like Singing, music etc. I am sure you haven't tried this option, otherwise you would come to know about your own rights in Kaafir's country,

If you have some bad experiences, why don't you share with forum, let them know how you got out from those issues, and how you are now doing great for yourself, for your country and for your religion, instead of accusing every one.
