Muhajir means immigrant. So, what you are really asking for is a province called Immigrant Province. What a ridiculous demand.

Secondly, the way you write (Classof1971) it seems that only people you want in your province are muhajirs. In present context I don't see many MQM die hard supporters qualifying.

Thirdly, according to your own words MQM is the biggest party in Karachi / Hyderabad and MQM is the party that represents Muhajirs. Then why did they change their name to Muttahida?

There are only two ways if you are real lovers of Pakistan
1.If you want to keep identity love like Punjab,Balochistan,Sindh,KPK then all fractions who wnat to keep their identity like sareiki,Hazara,Bhawalpur,Mohajir they do have all rights to be called as per their identity.
2.If you want we all must be called as pakistani current existing contrast must be abolished this is the justice.

There is no such identity as a muhajir. Muhajir simple means immigrant .. .. it only describes a group of people who migrated .. clearly you can't have this as an identity.

We should all be Pakistani .. but asking to abolish Punjabis, pathans, baloch .. etc doesn't make sense man.

Secondly, there are muhajirs in Punjab too .. so why are they not demanding such things? Also, what about Pakistanis living in other parts of the world .. why aren't they demanding similar things?
