I have just TWO question from all those who make statements like these.

Q1- what do they mean OR how do they define when they say "Sindh mein rehna hai to Sindhi ban kay rehna ho ga" How does a sindhi live diffrent than any other citizen of Pakistan?

Q2- If Punjab tells any one from any other province that "Punjab mein rehna hai to Punjabi ban ker rehna ho ga" Would this be equally acceptable to all?

Yeah as u asked so the things is that people who migrated from INDIA are still singing indian songs and living and enjoying privileges of the SINDHU DHARTI .. so here mumtaz bhutto is pointing on that aspect ... 2nd as u asked for punjab so it goes with punjab also ... aab raho lhr main aur galiayn aur ronkain ... ludhyan, chandigarh aur Amritsir k yaad karoo tou that mean your not living in punjab like true punjabies.
